Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Once an order has been submitted, we may be unable to change the shipping address if the order has already entered processing.

If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the applicable carrier to investigate the shipment.

We currently offer standard shipping only. Expedited shipping is not available.
